SH series horizontal single-stage split-casing double-suction centrifugal pump is the latest generation of split-casing double-suction pump,with notable features of perfect spectrum, good model and outstanding performance, innovative and reliable structure, easy maintenance and long life.Our current SH pump has 93 models, 390 basic specifications.By using the prime impeller and modified impeller and cutting type, full of broad-based spectrum, high efficiency and performance range in the type spectrum, appropriately to meet the user needs at any point in the work flow and head.By carefully manufactured and perfect quality control, this product has reached domestic leading level. 


Double-suction impeller to reduce axial force to a minimum; CAD hydraulic model to optimize the best design, good performance; addition of a prototype impeller,it can also use modified impeller to adapt to different working conditions, improve efficiency .
According to the forces condition, pump with double volute form to reduce the radial force, to be small bearing force and long life; easy installation, automatic calibration of the pump cover; relative position of in and out of the pipeline of the motor and the pump may change according to the user site requirements; pump inlet without swirl, smooth running, low loss; through precision casting, pump casing and impeller surface to be very smoothly, with significant anti-cavitation performance and high efficiency.

Between-the-bearings: Split-case pumps are what is referred to as a "between-the-bearings" pump. This means that split-case pumps mount the impeller on a shaft that is supported by bearings on both sides of the impeller.

Double-suction impeller: Split-case pumps are the only COMMON pump type with a double suction impeller. A double-suction impeller imposes dramatically fewer loads on the bearings than an impeller that only draws in water from one side of the impeller (single-suction). 

High-precision casting impeller can ensure the performance, material in cast iron, stainless steel and bronze.

 
Packing seals have been the most widely used sealing solution for many years. Packing seals use rope-like materials that wrap around the shaft of a pump, filling in dead space and minimizing fluid loss. Over time, however, fluid loss will increase as the gland packing material begins to wear down and may impair regular lubrication or reduce ease-of-replacement that is required to function properly.

Mechanical seals are preferred over traditional packing seals in diverse applications during which leakage problems should be avoided. Mechanical seals are more durable than their predecessors and are designed to take much more punishment. Basic mechanical seals use multiple sealing points to nearly eliminate any leakage issues.


 

Flexible couplings
Unlike rigid couplings, flexible couplings can accommodate some movement e.g. vibrations and thermal expansion without damage. This makes them ideal for applications where there is a degree of unavoidable misalignment between the drive and pump shafts. As they can absorb vibrations well, they can also be used to reduce excessive operating noise. With these benefits come a more complex, expensive design. However, as flexible couplings protect the shaft and bearings from damage and premature wear, there are maintenance savings to be had in the long run.

We use wear-resisting disc coupling or pin coupling.
